My Gym Experience

Hello, everyone! Welcome to my first personal blog!
I am sure you have already heard about fitness or gym, but you are not very clear about what it is, I want to tell you my experience as a beginner and maybe some tips that can help you from the point of view of a person who thought that going to the gym was just exercising and in 3 months you get the results but unfortunately, it is not like that for this reason I want to motivate you and share my experience with you.

I started going with two of my close friends that I've known since school after we found out we could get it cheaper through a New Year's discount. We all went together three days a week in the evening. Our first day was very exciting as we wanted to do our best and meet new people, on the other hand, we were also nervous as my friend Bryan said that "people at the gym are usually self-centered and competitive" so we thought they would look at us weird, however, it was the opposite. They helped us to perform the exercises the right way all those days however as the time passed we didn't notice any results, so we got discouraged and even my friend decided to cancel his membership this was frustrating because we had another perception by this time we had been at the gym for two months.
 
During this time we were working hard, so we decided to investigate what we were doing wrong and started looking for information on the internet as well as asking experts who finally told us that "the gym is not only a place to do exercise it is a lifestyle so if you want to see results you need to exercise your mind, your muscles and be persistent" Finally, they evaluated our physical condition and then gave us a diet as well as explained to us the reason for each exercise, the level of intensity, weight, and exercise series for each one, so we could understand better and realize our mistakes, so my experience in the gym was improving day by day. I recommend you to seek help from experts and do not be afraid to ask for help because the powerful people that you see one day started to go to the gym just like you and me, so the small changes make you a better person every day.

 Protests over price hikes

Throughout the years, every change that is made in the country has the objective of improving the quality of life of the people, however, when it affects us, we have the right to express ourselves according to how it affects us.

The country has indicated a general disagreement with the price increases, as these have been very high, thus provoking massive protests in all parts of the country as a sign of rejection of these changes.

As a university student I agree with the marches since this undoubtedly affects us because a price increase alters our daily economy in terms of food, basic necessities, study material, clothing and transportation. 

I personally consider that these proposals have important reasons because unfortunately the decisions made by the current president directly affect us as a society due to the lack of income necessary to cover the basic needs of the day. Finally, we hope that this will improve and that the decisions made by the country will be the best for everyone.
