Teaching is the way we learn

The learning and teaching are related to each other so throughout this pre-professional internship we can mention several relevant aspects which helped us to better understand and learn about this environment as well as we could notice specific patterns in the classroom which affect and benefit certain students from our personal experiences.

Practicum try to involve the students in the realization of good practice with the knowledge acquired during the course, translating it into what would be real life, so it was very beneficial for us as future teachers
since this was the opportunity to obtain even more knowledge and, above all, experience, by the students as well as the knowledge of our tutor teacher at the Juan Bautista Vazquez School.

During this time, we observed that the focus of the class is mostly on the traditional as well as the fact that the teacher talks most of the time (TTT), so many times the students feel tired, stressed, and tend to get bored while the teacher focuses on explaining the topic throughout the class but not teaching the topic. This results in problems for most of the students since they do not understand the subject and therefore cannot solve the exercises given by the teacher. On the other hand, the level of English among each student is different, so generally speaking, only 4 or 3 students participate in class, making this a frustrating environment for the students who do not understand.

So we as future teachers noticed these aspects to then implement activities where students have fun, feel comfortable, and above all, learn. This is why we tried several activities such as games, contests, and riddles, among others. At the beginning, the students did not understand because they were not used to it, but despite some problems with the instructions, we could learn and better apply the same for each class since adolescents and children learn differently.

We finally understood that the way we teach is often the way we realize our personal and professional weaknesses and strengths during the class so we can improve it and, more importantly, be aware of the classroom environment so we can share our knowledge with the students and learn from them.

Additionally, being conscious of how you use utilities will help you save money because bills may really build up while you're a student. Cut down on the amount of time you spend in the shower, turn off the lights when you leave a room, and avoid leaving electronics on standby. Instead of turning on the heating constantly, dress in layers. If you frequently wash clothes, you might wish to wait to wash larger loads or divide them with a roommate. Run cold cycles in the washing machine instead of hot cycles for another simple tweak; most clothing will still wash just as effectively.

As we already know, music helps to develop many linguistic, cognitive, and especially emotional qualities, so, as we already know, there is a great diversity of musical genres which can be enjoyed and listened to on any digital platform at your disposal since it is totally free, so each person can choose a specific genre Personally, I really enjoy listening to rap artists like Travis, Lil Baby, Lil Peep, and others. Eventually, I started to learn the lyrics of their songs. 

However, I didn't know the meanings, so I decided to start analyzing each word and grammar rule used in each song I did this as a hobby, but eventually, I noticed that this really helped to improve my vocabulary since the words used in the songs I listened to were used daily, so I planned a strategy where I would listen to the song I liked and then write it down. On the other hand, you can try it and learn something new. On the other hand, the obstacle that I identified was that not all the words that I learned can be used in a professional way or in a university since in genres like rap, a more informal language is used, so you have to be attentive about this and careful about how you use those words.

Colombia is one of the most beautiful places in the world so no doubt it is a great place to visit or to live in this time I want to share some tips on how being in a different country can influence your perspectives as not all people are the same or with the same beliefs so it is very important to know about this, on the other hand, I think you should know about the economy of that country as this greatly influences all aspects of your days in a different country.

During these days I traveled to many places where magically all of them were without a doubt beautiful every place has its different and unique touch, as well as the people, are very attentive at the moment you understand their way of expressing themselves besides this is a country where the music industry is something that has helped the country in many aspects so I aspire to return to live in that place and fulfill my objectives they were beautiful memorable magical days if you have the possibility to travel do not focus on one place and let the road guide you.

Reading is a fundamental part of everyday life. It is one of the main skills that human beings have since you apply it every day when reading an advertisement, a magazine, a newspaper, or a book. 

Reading is regarded as one of the mechanisms of learning and reasoning in and out of school; reading aids in the development of the ability to analyze, concentrate, and generate reflections on what is read. 

It is worth mentioning that the development of reading skills is one of the fundamental keys to learning. Reading often takes us to places or knowledge that were previously unknown to the person who is reading. With this, reading takes us and makes us grow our imagination and have a different perspective on life and everything around us.

In my case, I understood that even if you don't like something, as you get deeper into the subject, eventually you will find the positive aspects, so you will enjoy and learn at the same time. Like everything in life, the first steps are the most difficult, but they are the most necessary.

Welcome to My Favorite Movies Blog. I will make a brief synopsis of the films I have seen, and I have been able to get positive and thought-provoking messages from them that I want to share with you. I do not mention the names of characters or actors, because my intention is to show the teaching it leaves behind. I hope it will be of great benefit to you and you can recommend it so that the blessing is multiplied.

In my case, it's action movies, so my favorite movies are Jurassic Park, Fast and Furious, and finally The Avengers. I really like watching these movies because usually all of them have a great plot. About Jurassic Park, it is about an island where dinosaurs live and the plot is very amazing since the dinosaurs fight each other as well as kill some humans. In Fast and Furious, the main plot is car racing and delinquency, which is very satisfactory. On the other hand, The Avengers is a movie with several episodes related to each other. The plot is epic battles to defend the planet. 

I really recommend you to watch them if you like action movies like me.

Throughout the years, every change that is made in the country has the objective of improving the quality of life of the people, however, when it affects us, we have the right to express ourselves according to how it affects us.

The country has indicated a general disagreement with the price increases, as these have been very high, thus provoking massive protests in all parts of the country as a sign of rejection of these changes.

As a university student I agree with the marches since this undoubtedly affects us because a price increase alters our daily economy in terms of food, basic necessities, study material, clothing and transportation. 

I personally consider that these proposals have important reasons because unfortunately the decisions made by the current president directly affect us as a society due to the lack of income necessary to cover the basic needs of the day. Finally, we hope that this will improve and that the decisions made by the country will be the best for everyone.
